Here Are the Rules for when Making a Suggestion
1. Has to Be Approved By Forum Owner, Police, or Agents. Of Course the Owner of Forum will have to create it if known how.
2. The Suggestion Must Be Clearly able to be Read & Understandable
3. The Suggestion Must be thought well out and Provide an Example if Necessary.
